Vladimir's unique background includes over 20 years of experience in the areas of strategy, marketing, business growth, and optimizing the patient/customer experience. His specialties include Digital & Multi-Channel marketing, Voice AI, Life Science Marketing, Innovation and Advanced Analytics.
Vladimir is the cofounder of xReach.io, a company focused on disruptive innovation, passionate about integrating the latest advances in voice-enabled technologies and speech synthesis coupled with its own (patent pending) artificial intelligence technology in healthcare ontology, to better engage healthcare stakeholders.
Vladimir also serves as a Strategic Advisor and Board Member of Asentech, a company focused on strategy, research and digital / technology development and execution within the Life Sciences and Media Publishing industries.
Previously, Vladimir co-founded and served as the Chief Marketing Officer for The Encima Group (now Indegene Encima), a business analytics consulting company which was listed as one of the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America - for four years in a row. As CMO, Vladimir was responsible for providing Strategic Marketing guidance to clients in Life Sciences, Financial Services, and eCommerce industries as well as leading Encima's Business Development, Brand Marketing Strategy, and Product/Service Offering Development areas.
Vladimir's innovative thinking and partnership approach has helped dozens of brands across multiple specialties (including oncology, cardio-renal, dermatology, diabetes, gastroenterology, neurobehavioral, rheumatology, etc.) achieve growth above and beyond expectations. This success has been across multiple audiences and customer types such as health care providers (HCP's), consumers, patients, caregivers, organization and hospital executives, etc.
Before Encima, Vladimir held various pharmaceutical brand marketing roles including consumer, hcp, & digital marketing. He has won multiple marketing and innovation awards and is widely known for his win-win-win connective approach for patients, hcp's, and the life science industry.
Vladimir was also responsible for building and leading a center of excellence group dedicated to supporting marketing support for direct, digital, and multi-channel marketing programs. Vladimir has an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.
Vladimir always enjoys fun times with his family, volunteering in his local community, reading, and working out.
